AI digital twins for model agencies

Some brands are adding AI clauses to model contracts. Keep the twin on your roster instead, under terms the model can confirm, and shoot them in every look and place without booking the test.

Your roster, your twins
Build a digital twin of a consenting model from their digitals. It lives on your roster, next to their bookings, not in a brand’s contract.
The model confirms
They get their own link, read the client, the end date and their fee in plain words, and confirm in their own name or decline. Declining withdraws it. Their confirmation is recorded, not yet required before a shoot.
Per client, with an end date
Consent is granted per use and per client, and stops on its date. Revoke it and new shoots stop, and the images come out of the live packages they were shared in.
The same face, every shoot
One identity held across every look, location and edit. Every still with a face in it is scored against them and redone if it drifts. One that still drifts is flagged.
New faces without the test
A first book without a test shoot: their face, real garments, any location, in one consistent set.
House models too
Invented AI talent of your own, with no real person behind it, for work where a real face is not needed.
Bookings in the same place
BOUQX Desk runs options, bookings, books and packages for real and AI talent on one roster.

Questions

What is an AI digital twin of a model?
An AI identity built from a real model’s photos, so new images of them can be made without a shoot. In BOUQX it is held across every frame, so a whole book reads as one person.
Who holds the twin?
Your agency, on your roster, under a consent the model can confirm on their own link. A brand gets delivered images for the client and term they agreed to, not the twin.
Can the model say no?
Yes. Their link lets them decline, which withdraws the consent. Later, your agency can revoke it at any time, and revoking stops new shoots and pulls the images from live shared packages. It cannot recall copies a client already downloaded or exported.
Are their images used to train AI?
No. Our terms say their photos are used to make their images and nothing else.
Does it fit an agency AI code, or New York’s Fashion Workers Act?
Each consent records the client, the use, the end date and the fee, and the model can confirm them on their own link. It records the terms; it is not legal advice, and whether your release is sufficient is for your lawyer.
